Balance practices

Movement that settles the whole system.

The balance side of BeCentered is about reconnecting breath, posture, and attention. These practices should feel restorative, clear, and deeply embodied rather than intimidating or overly technical.

LuJong

Tibetan healing yoga

LuJong is a body-mind practice rooted in Tibetan healing traditions. With gentle movement and coordinated breathing, it encourages ease through the spine, steadiness in the nervous system, and a more attentive relationship with the body.

The sequences are approachable for beginners and still meaningful over time. That makes LuJong a strong foundation for people who want a practice they can keep returning to.

  • Supports posture, balance, and fluid movement.
  • Calms the mind and softens stress-driven tension.
  • Improves concentration and embodied self-awareness.
  • Creates a gentle entry point into longer-term practice.

TsaLung

Activate healing energies

TsaLung works more dynamically with breath, visualization, and physical form. It is designed to help people notice deeper inner patterns and gradually transform how those patterns live in the body.

Compared with LuJong, it asks for a bit more from the practitioner, but it also offers a more intense route into vitality, clarity, and energetic release.

  • Uses breath with intention to influence internal state.
  • Helps reduce the physical imprint of stress.
  • Builds concentration, resilience, and inner steadiness.
  • Supports healing-oriented and spiritual development.
