Our vision is to empower transformation – we want to introduce the use of yoga and mindful techniques as a centralizing force for good. It’s our mission to support you as you connect with your unique state of being through education and the practise of yoga and mindfulness. We want everybody to feel they are a part of something that we know is making a collective difference and for those of you living in the greater Zürich area, we would like to provide you with an opertunity to share your journey with other like minded individuals.
Lu (Tibetan: body) Jong (exercises) are meditative practice sequences. They promote mindfulness and concentration. In their basic structure, they are easy to learn and suitable for all age groups.
Tsa (Tibetan: body channels) Lung (flow of energy, breath) is a powerful, deep practice with great healing potential.
Meditation is a central tool in BodyMind training. Meditation enables us to discover and cultivate our own silence, boundless space and radiance, beyond thoughts and emotions.
Mind balancing teaches how the mind works. We learn to control it, train it and promote its perceptual abilities.
Social sessions in the greater Zürich area take place most Saturdays at 10:00 am for a total of 45 min, activities, locations and dates get updated monthly.
Social sessions are free of charge in the summer months as we will meet in either a public park or a forest, with a small fee during the winter months as an indoor area will be needed.
